Well I'll get the most outdated stuff out of the way first. I have not used pcLos for some time on any system. I had not updated that link as I was thinking that when I did it I wanted to have some comments about my experiences in that community. That will not happen at this time.

Well I would like to thank the new users that I just authorized. I have always heard how bloggers and podcasters are humbled and flattered that some one would log in to their site and now that is true for me.

No not comments yet but to be honest. On a dial up connection I do not check my email or my own blog some times. The fact that four or five users wanted to log in says that they may have wanted to post. I am deeply humbled.

Sorry for the delay. Please do comment on anything you see or read here.

I am going to continue to post here as much for a easy log of my own comments as for anyone else to read. The truest example yet of me scratching my own itch.

Today while at work I realized some thing that may be very plain to some but for me it was like a light bulb went off. I am talking about Windows 7. You see yesterday I was reading how Windows 7 is as it seems right now just a re-branded SP2 upgrade for Vista. Of course that reminded me of Vista is a hacked over and reworked XP.

I post to day to ask some questions of you. Does anyone read this thing?

Sorry to be so blunt but I am not sure that I want to think about it anymore than that.

My moderation of this site needs a lot of work and learning on my part but I think I make some points that some would like to comment on. Or so I used to think so. If you read this blog please post a reply. Perhaps the post approval thing is too restrictive so I will open that up.

Well here we go Microsoft wants to gobble up another company. And what do you know it is a mail and web space portal that is meant to replace their own broken options for that type of service.

We all know that Yahoo is not what it used to be but you have to give it to them to thumb their corporate nose at the monolithic company that acts like it is a sovereign power by its own will.

Think of this other scenario with me for just a minute. Microsoft+ Google. Yeah I said it. But forget that Microsoft is no longer the giant that it used to be either. Thanx Tux and you too Gnu :P

I simply wanted to post to day to answer my own question and tell you the kind of secular morality that sets right with me. And to tell you where I read of it and that it reminded me of what is more important in the digital age. Note though that there is a difference between more important and MOST important, more on that later. Also post formation is still a struggle for me but I have renewed interest in fixing it.

Today I ask a question in this post that I have been thinking of for some time.

What is secular morality? What would it look like?

Well that is it. A short post for once.

I have not posted here for some days. I have a few topics that I want to post about but have not really sat down to do it. Been pretty busy too. Snow, cold and lots more snow. Not to mention a broken and stuck snow plow truck. I still have both jobs. I divert here from the mentioned topics to talk about some other things else I am passionate about

Now the post.

In this second consecutive post I attempt to post about some topics that are always on my mind when I am not getting my geek on in other areas of life.

In general Creation is the belief that God created the world in six days on His spoken word.

Also in general Evolution is what is called the scientific study of how the Universe was formed.

I need to state that as I make my bias known in the above. I do prefer the Creationist approach to the Evolutionist belief.

Well I had my hood frozen shut and I think I stretched the cable to it. I ended up jacking up the car and putting blocks under it. So I could trip the hood latch so I could charge the battery.

That solved everything. Now I have to hack on that cable before I have real battery problems or I get stranded again.
